No experience? No problem. We provide full training for motivated people who are ready to learn.
What You'll Do- Assemble precision components including small electronic parts, sensors, flexible circuits, and heaters
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Use small hand tools to complete assembly tasks
- Maintain strong focus and attention to detail during repetitive, hands-on work
- Uphold quality and safety standards at every step
- Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort working with small parts
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing quality work
- Willingness to learn new processes and improve your skills
- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions
- Positive attitude and clear communication
- Basic soldering experience (helpful but not required)
- Familiarity with small tools or delicate electronic components
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
