Twin City Staffing is seeking a lead injection molding operator for an exciting third-shift opportunity! Location:

Plymouth, MN

Wage: $20.00 - $26.00/hr. (Depending on experience)

Hours:

3rd Shift | 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, Monday - Friday

Duties of the lead injection molding operator:

• Lead, manage, train, and hold a small team of operators accountable through positive feedback and critical conversations
• Schedule and provide breaks at the presses while walking the shop regularly to ensure safety, quality, and organization are upheld
• Set up and cycle in presses and auxiliary equipment following specific setup sheets, performing material handling and basic maintenance
• Validate that all parts meet strict quality standards by setting up and validating fixtures or secondary operations as needed

Requirements of the lead injection molding operator:

• Prior experience setting up plastic injection mold processes with a comprehensive understanding of machines, parameters, and materials
• Familiarity with standard manufacturing inspection tools and the ability to process computer information in English
