We are looking for an Electronic Assembler to join our client's production team in New Hope, MN! In this role, you will help build electronic assemblies and circuit boards while working in a supportive environment that values teamwork, safety, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Pay: $18.17 to $20.60 per hour
1st shift Schedule Options- Shift 1
- Monday through Thursday: 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Friday: 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM
- Shift 2
- Monday through Thursday: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Learn and identify the products being assembled
- Accurately place through hole components into circuit boards
- Assemble electronic products using bills of materials, travelers, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform basic soldering and assembly tasks while maintaining high quality standards
- Support workflow by filling in at various workstations as needed
- Help ensure products are assembled accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions, drawings, and assembly documentation
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Team focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks and support different production areas
- Basic soldering experience is helpful, but not required
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- Frequently lift or carry up to 24 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
