The primary purpose of this position is to develop competency in and performance basic assembly and/or inspection operations  incumbent is expected to follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

This is a 2nd shift position - Hours/

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM. We offer a 10% shift differential in addition to the hourly pay.

Responsibilities include:

• Adhering to Integer's values, behavioral based safety process and associate quality policy.
• Setting up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per Manufacturing Process Instructions and Quality Work Instructions.
• Understanding own tasks and how they relate to others on their team. Working under close supervision where duties are clearly defined. Following standard work where applicable.
• Assembling component parts as per print. Utilizing both manual and automatic machine operation.
• Inspecting parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifying and escalating quality non-conformances.
• Completing required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participating in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Expanding skill base through on the job training, cross training and classroom instruction.
• Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Actively participating in "flex break" programs as required.
• Performing other functions as required.

Pay Range: $16.66 - $24.43

Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. Parental leave is available after one year.
