Chemical Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Process Chemist / Process Chemist to support large-scale chemical manufacturing operations in a production environment. This role focuses on process optimization, troubleshooting live production issues, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong plant-floor experience and a practical approach to solving real-time operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Support large-scale chemical processing and manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot production, process, and quality issues in real time.
- Work directly with operators, maintenance teams, quality personnel, and leadership.
- Monitor and optimize reaction systems, processing operations, and manufacturing performance.
- Provide technical expertise related to manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Participate in customer-facing technical discussions when needed.
- Serve as a key technical resource and future plant subject matter expert.
- 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process chemistry, plant operations, or chemical processing.
- Hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience troubleshooting active production processes.
- Experience with pumps, valves, reaction vessels, tanks, load cells, and reaction systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to react quickly to production challenges.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with operators, maintenance personnel, and leadership teams.
- Specialty chemicals.

- Lubricants, oils, and additives.
- Chemical intermediates manufacturing.
- Batch chemical manufacturing.
- Acid‑base reactions.
- Blending and formulation environments.
