Paint Mixer – Full‑Time | Manufacturing Plant
The Paint Mixer plays a key role in producing high‑quality paint by accurately mixing batches, maintaining equipment, and supporting production lines. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, consistency, and being part of a reliable manufacturing team.
What You'll Do- Mix paint batches following exact formulas to ensure product quality.
- Measure and weigh materials using scales and tools to maintain accuracy.
- Track inventory and material usage throughout the shift.
- Support paint fill lines and general production tasks.
- Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot mixing equipment as needed.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for tracking and documentation.
- Knowledge of paint production or similar manufacturing processes.
- 1+ year of manufacturing or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in a hands‑on production environment.
- Comfortable working around paint, odors, and a sometimes dirty environment.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a production facility where paint mixing, filling, and packaging occur. Expect a hands‑on environment with paint smells, occasional residue, and standard industrial conditions.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
