• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Experience with welding, soldering, fine wire assembly, or lamination is a plus
• Experience working with microscopes and small components preferred
• Familiarity with potting chemicals, machine maintenance, or continuous improvement practices is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to learn new processes through cross-training
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while handling tools, equipment, and chemicals

• Assemble high-quality products by following standard work instructions and production procedures
• Perform welding, soldering, and assembly of small components using microscopes and specialized equipment
• Work with chemicals and production materials safely and according to company procedures
• Complete production paperwork and accurately enter work-in-progress and inventory data into computer systems
• Inspect products for quality and immediately report defects or production issues
• Use tools, materials, and equipment safely while maintaining production standards
• Cross-train in multiple production areas and product lines to support manufacturing needs
• Train team members on processes and equipment after becoming qualified
• Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
