TIG Welder - 1st Shift - Full Benefits Paid For
We are seeking a skilled TIG welder to join our team on the 1st shift from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Overtime is rarely required and would occur on Fridays. The primary focus will be TIG welding on aluminum parts, with occasional work on steel parts. This role involves 95% TIG welding and 5% MIG welding. The candidate must also be willing to perform grinding, deburring, and other fabrication duties as needed.
Responsibilities- Perform TIG welding on aluminum parts with occasional steel parts.
- Engage in MIG welding tasks as necessary.
- Grind and deburr parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Execute additional fabrication duties as required.
- Proficiency in TIG welding, preferably with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with MIG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a fabrication environment is beneficial.

Job Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
