General Production Worker
Join our team as a Machine Operator/General Production Worker on the 2nd shift from 4:15pm to 2:45am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available. You will be responsible for operating machinery to measure, cut, and treat wood products, as well as racking and drying wood parts. This role offers the chance to learn and use basic saw and CNC machine operations to create wood trim pieces for the carpentry industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lift wood parts weighing up to 15-20 pounds.
- Operate various machines and lines to cut and treat wood products.
- Rack, dip, and treat wood parts following production processes.
- Follow work orders and production protocols.
- Package finished parts.
Essential
Skills:
- Experience in machine operation and general production.
- Ability to handle and treat wood materials.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring parts.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of carpentry.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with manufacturing and CNC operations.
- Knowledge of the wood industry and production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
