CNC Operator
We're looking for a reliable CNC Operator to join our small, team-oriented shop. If you have experience running CNC Haas mills or lathes and enjoy working in a relaxed environment where everyone helps out, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Operate CNC Haas mills and lathes to produce quality parts
- Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and other shop tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly
- Experience operating CNC mills and lathes, preferably Haas machines
- Basic understanding of CNC machining and shop practices
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work a full 40-hour week
- Willingness to help in other areas of the shop when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
