Thisis a Weekend Shift, running Fri-Sat-Sun, 6:00 a.m.
- 6:00 p.m.You will work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours plus weekend shift differential.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain lithographic printing presses. We have a KBA 105 and 106, 6 and 7 color 40" presses.
- Monitor press operations to ensure quality and consistency of printed materials.
- Adjust ink and water balance to achieve optimal print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Litho Press Operator 3+ years
- Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
