Looking for a hands-on role in a growing manufacturing environment? Join our Minneapolis team as a general labor CNC operator! This position offers the chance to work with 5-axis CNC machines, contributing directly to the production of high-quality parts in a stable, well-organized shop.

Location:

Minneapolis, MN

Hours:

Training: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Thursday (2-week period)

Regular Shift: 4:00 pm – 2:00 am, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the general labor CNC operator:

• Safely operate CNC equipment, including advanced 5-axis CNC machinery
• Visually inspect finished parts and measure dimensions using micrometers and calipers
• Clean, deburr, and carefully package machined parts for shipment
• Report any machine malfunctions or part defects immediately to supervisors or Quality Assurance

Requirements of the general labor CNC operator:

• General knowledge of CNC machines and production processes
• Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus
• Experience in plastic manufacturing is helpful
