CNC Lathe Machinist | 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm or 10am-6:30pm (Flexible) | WEEKLY PAY - $30-34/hr

In this CNC Machinist role, you'll set up and run HAAS lathes and mills, work with MasterCAM, and take ownership of quality precision parts from start to finish. What You'll Do- Set up and operate CNC lathes and HAAS machines with precision
- Work with MasterCAM programs and assist with edits or improvements
- Inspect parts and make real-time adjustments to ensure top quality
- Perform basic machine upkeep and keep your workspace dialed in
- Jump in where needed—assembly, packaging, and general shop support
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team to solve problems and hit goals
- CNC lathe setup and operation experience
- Familiarity with HAAS controls
- Ability to read machining instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Team-first attitude and willingness to stay flexible
- MasterCAM experience
- Experience with mills or additional CNC equipment

Schedule & Environment- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with swing shift flexibility)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
