Cold Room Food Production Associate – Sandwich Single Wrap

Work in a temperature-controlled cold room preparing and packaging fresh single-wrap sandwiches while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and productivity.

• Assemble and wrap sandwiches according to production specifications.
• Package single-wrap sandwiches accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
• Inspect ingredients and finished products for freshness and quality.
• Label, date, and package products correctly.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, GMP, and company SOPs.
• Work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining accuracy.
• Report equipment issues or product quality concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with stocking ingredients and cleaning production equipment.

• Ability to work in a cold environment (typically 34–40°F / 1–4°C).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
