Job Title:

Assembler Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable Manufacturing Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality Titan brand products, including paint sprayers, power rollers, and heat guns, within a modern manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will enjoy working with tools, following assembly processes, and contributing to the production of industry‑leading equipment in a team‑oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble Titan brand products according to established work instructions, production standards, and quality requirements.
  • Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive assembly tasks at workstations or on production lines.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to assemble components and complete finished products.
  • Operate shop equipment and assembly tools, including:
  • Air drivers
  • Torque wrenches
  • Presses
  • Custom tooling
  • Other production equipment as required
  • Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and production documentation.
  • Verify part placement, fit, and functionality to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Inspect completed units and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
  • Participate in one‑on‑one training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support production goals by performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow simple instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable work history with demonstrated job stability and longevity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining productivity standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation experience.
  • Experience using measuring tools and basic assembly equipment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
