Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in precision metal stampings, washers, spacers, and shims, is seeking a Punch Press Lead to join their team. As a Punch Press Lead, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Press Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

ShiftMonday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM (overtime available post-training)
Responsibilities- Lead the press setup and operation processes to ensure efficient production.
- Facilitate training for team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed during press operations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize press room workflows and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of training, process improvements, and operational data.
- Deep understanding of press setup and operation processes.
- HS/GED Completion.
- Experience utilizing micrometers/calipers.
- Strong leadership and training abilities to guide team members effectively.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and processes (1+ year).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
