Maintenance Mechanic

Manpower - 800 North Washington Avenue - Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on corrugated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency;
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, printing presses, and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation;
Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls in a fast-paced production environment, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs;
Inspect, rebuild, and replace machine components including bearings, motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, cylinders, and other industrial equipment parts;
Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain safety standards, and achieve plant performance goals
