Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform complex manufacturing processes and procedures to produce high-quality products.

* Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and instruments.

* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.

* Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and procedures.

* Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and research and development, to ensure that production targets are met.

* Ensure that all manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with quality and safety standards.

* Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and product specifications.

* Train and mentor junior manufacturing technicians.

* Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Education and Experience:

* High School diploma or equivalent and up to 2 year of relevant experience

* Or, Associate degree preferred with Up to 1 year of relevant experience

* 4 year science degree with no experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Must be able to work in a fast-faced environment where multitasking is required

* Works independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks

* Ability to support and help others in the team

* Knowledge of work performed by the department and learning how to perform multiple functions within the department

* Flexibility to work on multiple tasks with increased effectiveness

* Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Must work well both independently and in a team environment
