Operate CNC mills and lathes, including Mori Seki, Kitamura, and Robo-Drills with Fanuc controllers;
Run production jobs and perform basic G and M code edits to adjust feeds, speeds, and tool paths;
Perform tool changes and monitor tool wear to maintain part quality and machine efficiency;
Troubleshoot CNC alarms, dimensional discrepancies, and surface finish issues;
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, CMMs, gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances
