Coating Operator

We are seeking an Associate Tech for an on-site position in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This full-time temporary role offers the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. The position supports varied production and operational activities in a fast-paced work environment where accuracy, teamwork, and consistent execution are important. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The selected candidate should have at least one year of experience and be prepared to perform hands-on tasks that involve assembly, quality control, and maintaining steady productivity throughout the shift. This role is well suited for someone who can work effectively with a team, follow instructions carefully, and contribute to daily operations in a reliable manner.

What You Will Do?

• Perform assembly tasks accurately and consistently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Support quality control activities by checking work for accuracy and required standards.
• Work as part of a team to complete assignments and meet daily production expectations.
• Stand for long periods of time while completing assigned duties throughout the shift.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds as part of regular job tasks.
• Be available for overtime when required to support operational needs.

Your Skills

• You must have at least one year of relevant experience in a similar hands-on work environment.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with changing daily priorities.
• You need assembly skills to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• You should understand basic quality control expectations and follow detailed instructions.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
