Solderer

We are seeking a skilled Solderer/Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble and solder electronic components onto circuit boards using electronic schematics, blueprints, and written work instructions. This position also involves supporting production operations through inspection, kitting, packaging, and labeling activities.

• Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using electronic schematics.
• Perform small-part soldering and electronic assembly work.
• Place and install components on blank circuit boards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Operate and work with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment and related assembly tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform kitting, packaging, labeling, and other production support tasks as needed.
• Use microscopes and precision tools for detailed assembly work.
• Maintain accuracy and quality in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.

• Minimum 1 year of soldering experience, preferably with small electronic components.
• Experience assembling and soldering circuit boards.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Comfortable performing detailed work using microscopes and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Experience with through-hole and SMT assembly processes.
• Previous electronic manufacturing or production experience.
• Familiarity with inspection and quality control procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
