General Laborer

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will assist with production, material handling, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor and production tasks as assigned.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with machine operation and assembly tasks when required.
• Support team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Must be comfortable & efficient working with nail guns, hammers and drills. This position consists of assembling shipping crates and pallets.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on the work environment.

Schedule:

Full-time Overtime may be required based on production needs. 1 st /2 nd /3 rd Based on experience and shift assignment.
