Process Development Technician

A medical device client of ours is seeking a Process Development Technician to support the development and scaling of new products and manufacturing processes. This role will be approximately 75% product-focused and 25% equipment-focused, working closely with engineering teams to support product testing, pilot line development, and process optimization.  This is a direct hire opening!

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Support product development testing, including DV-level testing activities.

+ Assist with testing components and assemblies, documenting results, and capturing photos for analysis and reporting.

+ Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and support day-to-day operational issues.

+ Partner with operators and engineers to gather feedback and improve pilot line performance.

+ Support the build-out and optimization of pilot manufacturing lines.

+ Assist with process validation, data collection, and test execution.

** Position

Qualifications:

* + 2-year degree or related vocational/apprenticeship or 4-6 years equivalent industry experience

+ Exposure to medical device, electromechanical products, molding, dipping, or assembly operations preferred.

+ Experience supporting product testing, process development, or manufacturing engineering activities.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results effectively.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D and manufacturing setting
