Production Assembler - 1st and 2nd Shift

Location:

Plymouth, MN 55446

Onsite parking available

Pay & Shift:

  • Schedule:

    Monday–Thursday
  • 1st Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: 3:45pm-2:15am
  • 1st Shift: $19.00 per hour
  • 2nd Shift: $20.90 per hour

We are looking for a dependable Production Assembler to join our global medical technology manufacturer. In this role, you will assemble small medical device components, inspect finished products, complete paperwork, and make sure everything meets quality and safety standards.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position where attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn are important.

What You'll Do as Production Assembler:

  • Assemble small medical device parts by following work instructions and drawings.
  • Use tools, microscopes, and inspection equipment to perform assembly and testing.
  • Inspect, measure, adjust, and package products to meet quality standards.
  • Complete required paperwork and report safety, quality, or equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, follow company procedures, and work with the team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For as a Production Assembler:

  • 0–2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience working with small parts, microscopes, or medical devices is a plus.
  • Comfortable using basic tools and measuring equipment.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Able to safely work in a manufacturing environment.
