Twin City Staffing is hiring a shipping & receiving specialist for a leading manufacturing facility in Minneapolis, MN! In this role, you will receive and inspect incoming shipments, prepare LTL loads, operate forklifts, generate Bills of Lading (BOLs), and track inventory using ERP systems. Location:

Minneapolis, MN Wage: $25.00 – $30.00/hr. (Plus quarterly/yearly bonuses and profit sharing)

Hours:

1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the shipping & receiving specialist:

• Receive incoming deliveries, verify items against packing slips, and log raw materials into ERP software
• Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs), package products into crates/pallets, and process outgoing LTL shipments
• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, stage, and move inventory across manufacturing departments
• Maintain accurate digital shipping/receiving logs while adhering to facility safety protocols

Requirements of the shipping & receiving specialist:

• Minimum 4+ years of dedicated shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on forklift operation experience
• Proven proficiency generating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and handling LTL freight logistics
• Direct experience utilizing ERP software for inventory control and shipping documentation
• Ability to pass a national background check
