Start your career in high-tech manufacturing with a hands-on role that teaches you specialized chemical processing skills from day one. If you enjoy learning new things, working with your hands, and being part of a reliable production team, this is a strong entry point into aerospace and electronics manufacturing.

You'll help process aluminum parts used in advanced electronic and aerospace applications. No experience is required — you'll receive full, structured training on how to safely load and rack parts, prepare surfaces, and dip components into anodizing tanks to create protective coatings. This is steady, meaningful work where you can build real technical skills and grow into higher-level chemical processing roles.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare aluminum components for anodizing by loading, racking, and organizing parts.
  • Follow clear, step-by-step instructions to clean and prep surfaces.
  • Dip and submerge parts into chemical tanks to apply precise protective coatings.
  • Monitor each processing stage to ensure consistent quality and coverage.
  • Mix and blend chemical solutions under supervision.
  • Use tools and equipment to safely move and position parts.
  • Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols around chemical tanks.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Communicate with your team about any issues or questions.
  • Support high-volume production by staying focused and efficient.
  • Participate in ongoing training to build your technical skillset.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong willingness to learn specialized anodizing processes.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
  • Comfortable working around chemical tanks and industrial equipment.
  • Physically able to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
  • Reliable, consistent, and committed to quality work.
  • Attention to detail when racking, dipping, and inspecting parts.
  • Ready to wear PPE and follow safety rules every day.

Nice-to-Have Qualities

  • Interest in aerospace, electronics, or manufacturing.
  • Motivation to build a long-term career in chemical processing.
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks that require accuracy.
  • Openness to learning mixing and blending techniques.

Why You'll Want This Job

  • Full training provided — no experience needed.
  • Clear pathway to grow from entry-level to skilled chemical processor.
  • Opportunity to move from contract to direct hire with higher pay and full benefits.
  • Stable, high-tech manufacturing environment with long-term career potential.
  • Supportive team, structured processes, and strong safety culture.

Work Environment

You'll work in an active chemical processing facility with anodizing tanks and wet-processing equipment. PPE is provided, and safety is built into every step.
