Medical Assembler
Join a leading medical device manufacturing company as a Medical Assembler. In this role, you will assemble life-saving medical devices in a clean, state-of-the-art production environment. The ideal candidate has strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn complex assembly processes quickly.
Responsibilities- Assemble medical devices using hand tools, microscopes, blades, and cutters.
- Perform detailed assembly work under a microscope.
- Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.
- Cross-train and work at multiple assembly stations.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and understand measurements using rulers and calipers.
- Work in a full cleanroom environment while following all safety and quality procedures.
- Participate in overtime as needed.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work with small parts under a microscope.
- Basic understanding of measurements using rulers and calipers.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to learn and adapt to detailed assembly processes.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Medical device manufacturing facility.
- Full cleanroom environment requiring:
- Hair net
- Gown
- Booties
- Handwashing procedures before entering the cleanroom
Candidates must be interview and cleanroom ready. The following are not permitted:
- Nail polish
- Long artificial/fake nails

- Perfume, cologne, or scented fragrances
- Henna tattoos
- Pants with holes/rips
- Open-toe shoes
Required:

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with small components in a highly regulated cleanroom environment. Previous assembly, microscope, cleanroom, medical device, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
