Operator I/Medical Assembler
This role is with a leading medical device manufacturing organization, is seeking Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, ability to learn working with a microscope, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Plymouth, MN
1st shift: 5am-3:30pm M-Thu + overtime - $18.75 per hour

What's the Job?
- Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components
- Use microscope on a daily basis
- Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues and improvements
What's Needed?
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
- Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
