• Assemble small electronic components including sensors, flexible circuits, heaters, and other precision parts.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure every product meets strict quality standards.
• Use small hand tools to work with delicate, high-tech components.
• Stay focused in a fast-paced environment while producing consistent, high-quality work.
• Perform repetitive tasks that require strong hand-eye coordination and accuracy.

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality.
• Comfortable working with small parts and tools.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Basic soldering experience is a plus — not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
