What You'll Do- Assemble small electronic components including sensors, flexible circuits, heaters, and other precision parts.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure every product meets strict quality standards.
- Use small hand tools to work with delicate, high-tech components.
- Stay focused in a fast-paced environment while producing consistent, high-quality work.
- Perform repetitive tasks that require strong hand-eye coordination and accuracy.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality.
- Comfortable working with small parts and tools.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Basic soldering experience is a plus — not required.
- Eager to learn new skills and grow in a manufacturing career.
- No experience needed — we provide full, hands-on training.

Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
