Assembler – 1st Shift/2nd Shift

• Assemble electronic components and precision sensor parts used in medical, aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial products.
• Work with flexible circuits, heaters, and other small, delicate components.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and product quality.
• Use small hand tools while performing steady, repetitive tasks.
• Maintain strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail throughout each build.

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and focused.
• Comfortable working with small tools and tiny parts.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Soldering experience is a plus — but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
