What You'll Do- Assemble electronic components and precision sensor parts used in medical, aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial products.
- Work with flexible circuits, heaters, and other small, delicate components.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and product quality.
- Use small hand tools while performing steady, repetitive tasks.
- Maintain strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail throughout each build.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and focused.
- Comfortable working with small tools and tiny parts.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Soldering experience is a plus — but not required.
- No experience needed — we train you from day one.

Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
