This position involves assembling medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following detailed work instructions and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Assemble medical devices on two or more product lines while meeting or exceeding production standards.
• Follow written processes, procedures, and quality system requirements.
• Complete and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and records.
• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and leads regarding production priorities and material shortages.
• Adapt to process changes and learn new product lines as needed.
• Assist with training and cross-training activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kanban management and metrics board maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support overtime and schedule flexibility when required.

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of medical device assembly experience.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.

Preferred:

• Soldering experience.
• Hand bonding experience.
• Experience assembling medical devices on multiple product lines.

• Full cleanroom environment.
• Required PPE includes hair net, gown, and booties.
• Hands must be washed before each entry into the cleanroom.
• No makeup permitted in production areas.
• Lean/sit stools are available at various workstations, with additional stools being implemented across production lines as part of an ergonomic initiative.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $22.88/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
