• Configure and run Mazak CNC equipment to manufacture components that meet exact standards.
• Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and production orders to establish necessary machining steps.
• Oversee machine performance and perform necessary tweaks to boost efficiency and output quality.
• Perform regular equipment upkeep and diagnostics to keep machinery running at peak levels.
• Work alongside colleagues to refine operational workflows and increase overall team productivity.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines.

• Demonstrated history of running Mazak CNC systems within a production facility.
• Solid grasp of machining techniques and CNC programming logic.
• Proficiency in deciphering schematics and various technical documents.
• Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for precision.

• Completion of high school or GED; a technical certificate or degree in machining is preferred.
