Impact is seeking an entry-level Bindery Operator I to join our Print Production team on the 2nd shift (3:30 PM to 12 AM, Monday - Friday). You will run basic bindery equipment, track jobs in Midnight/APT, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of related production experience, with basic mechanical aptitude. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, PTO, and ESOP participation.
