Machine Operator – Night Shift

• Interpret complex drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets
• Perform diversified operations on numerical control machining centers
• Perform milling, drilling, and boring to close interrelated tolerances
• Load and unload materials from machines
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support team members as needed to meet production goals

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic math and measuring skills a plus

Demonstrates proficiency in interpreting complex drawings and performing operations on numerical control machining centers, with a strong focus on quality checks and adherence to safety procedures. Capable of maintaining an organized work area while supporting team production goals.
