Quality Inspector

** Pay Rate:**  $30.00 per hour

** Contract-to-hire*
* This role will be responsible to ensure materials which leave the facility to the overseas extended factories are free from cosmetic defects and are well protected.

** Responsibilities*
* + Support outgoing inspection to our extended factories.  (25%)

+ Perform pre-inspections of inventory materials, so we have a 'grab-and-go' inventory. (65%)

+ Assist with inspection of incoming materials as needed, along with containment activities for nonconformances. (10%)

** Skills and Qualifications*
* + Knowing how to read and interpret mechanical prints is necessary.  Knowing how to read cable prints is also a plus.

+ Previous experience inspecting machine parts / sheet metal parts including powder coat finishes is desired.

+ Understanding common finish requirements is helpful.

+ Basic proficiency using common measurement hand tools such as micrometers and gages.
