Reports To: Manufacturing Manager

Work Location: MN Office

Work Schedule: Various Weekdays and Shifts Available from 5am CST to 3:30pm CST

Travel: Up to 10%

Supervisory Duties: None

Assemblers play a crucial role in creating high-quality products for our laundry systems that meet the needs of Kannegiesser North America’s customers in industries such as healthcare and hospitality. This role offers a defined career path with four skill-based levels:

Experience:

Entry-level; no prior assembly experience required. Training provided. At this foundational level, Assemblers focus on essential components and introductory tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assembling wheels
  , sling cords
  , switch actuators
  , and trolley yokes
  .
• Gaining familiarity with tools, assembly processes, and quality standards.
• Assisting with basic troubleshooting and quality checks on completed parts.
