2nd shift: 3:30PM - 12:00AM, M-F with training for first 3-4 months on 1st shift (7:00AM - 3:30PM)

* Position Summary:

*
* Responsible for the timely tumbling, degreasing, cleaning and de-slugging of parts to specifications. Responsible for the cleaning, filling and maintenance of solutions, equipment and tanks including minor lubrication.

An ideal candidate will have experience with machine operation, demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes & procedures.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Timely tumbling, degreasing, cleaning, and de-slugging of parts to specifications.

+ Cleaning, filling, and maintenance of solutions, equipment, and tanks, including minor lubrication.

+ Follow existing tumbling procedures while looking for improvement opportunities to develop new processes.

+ Inventory supplies and inform supervisor as needed.

+ Efficient processing of multiple jobs and priorities by due dates and dispatch reports.

** Requirements:*
* + Ability to interpret drawings, follow routers, use shop math, and use handheld measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).

+ Prior Manufacturing Equipment/Machine Operation.

+ HS/GED Completion.

+ Understand tolerances such as +/- .005.

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds

+ Chemical mixing or tumbling experience

* + High School/GED or equivalent
