As a Flexographic Printing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our production department by operating high-speed printing and converting equipment to deliver premium packaging solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring color accuracy, maintaining registration standards, and optimizing machine performance to meet our high-quality output goals.

You will be responsible for ensuring color accuracy, maintaining registration standards, and optimizing machine performance to meet our high-quality output goals.
Responsibilities- Execute daily production schedules while ensuring all job specifications and quality standards are met.
- Perform precise press set-ups, changeovers, and clean-ups to maximize operational efficiency and minimize material waste.
- Monitor ink pH and viscosity levels to ensure consistent print quality throughout the production run.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on press components, including anilox rolls and doctor blades, to ensure peak equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate effectively with team members during shift handovers.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or quality inconsistencies to prevent downtime and ensure product excellence.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by participating in process optimization initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating flexographic printing presses.
- Strong technical aptitude for color matching, registration, and ink management.
- Ability to read and interpret complex job tickets and technical specifications.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
- Vocational or technical certification in printing technology.
- Current forklift certification or prior warehouse equipment experience.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Experience with narrow web printing environments.
