360, a Watkins Wellness company, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support two manufacturing sites in Cokato, MN and Milton, PA. You will partner with plant leadership to embed safety into daily decisions, drive proactive culture, and strengthen regulatory compliance.
You will lead audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement using leading indicators, while designing practical safety programs and training. Travel ~10% is expected.
