Your mission

Own start-to-finish operation of sheetfed offset equipment, including KBA 105/106 (6/7-color, 40-inch).Hit quality targets by monitoring output, maintaining color fidelity, and managing registration.

Precisely manage the ink/water balance to achieve crisp, repeatable results.

Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep uptime high.

Work closely with production teammates to meet job schedules and goals.

Keep the press area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Model safe work practices and adhere to all company policies.

Shifts and pay Weekend

Shift: Fri-Sat-Sun, 6:00 a.m.

- 6:00 p.m.You will work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours plus weekend shift differential.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing training is a bonus.
3+ years proven experience as a Litho Press Operator.

Strong practical knowledge of offset lithography and press operations.

Keen attention to detail and a knack for solving problems quickly.

Reliable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.

Good communicator with a positive attitude.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Sheet Fed Offset Printing;
Offset Lithography Equipment: KBA 105 and 106 (6/7-color, 40-inch);
Large Format Printing Equipment (Roland, Komori)
