IQ Resource Group is hiring a Millwork Pre-finish Specialist in Elk River, Minnesota!

- Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay
: $22-28 an hour
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our finishing operation by preparing raw wood materials and keeping production running efficiently. This is a hands-on swing role that plays a key part in ensuring high-quality finished products.
Job Responsibilities- Hand sand, scuff, and prep raw wood surfaces for finishing
- Fill nail holes, knots, and surface imperfections to ensure quality standards are met
- Feed and maintain a consistent flow of material into the production line
- Move and stage raw materials from the warehouse to prep and production areas
- Assist with shop cleanup and help maintain a clean, dust-controlled finishing environment
- Support the lead operator and production team as needed
- Basic experience working with wood, hand tools, or in a shop/production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed
