IQ Resource Group is hiring General Factory Laborers in Blaine, MN.
Shift6am to 4:30pm Mon thru Thurs
* Overtime on Fridays as needed
$18hr
ObjectiveProcess parts safely and efficiently to meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities- Operate hand and power tools for product processing.
- Read work orders and follow instructions for assignments.
- Track and record daily production data.
- Move materials manually or using forklifts (Level II).
- Load/unload materials and inspect completed work for defects.
- Follow all safety rules and maintain equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and production processes.
- Experience with material handling equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Stand and move 95% of the time.
- Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Oil, grease, and noise levels up to 88 dB.
