In addition to core marketing responsibilities, this role oversees all company events and is accountable for on-site leadership, store readiness, and execution

- Translate marketing strategy and direction from the CEO and Fractional Marketing Leader into clear, actionable execution plans.
- Personally execute and oversee day-to-day marketing work
, not just delegate tasks. - Own execution across in-store, promotional, event, and supporting digital channels.
- Build and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Coordinate priorities across multiple initiatives without losing momentum or accuracy.
- Ensure marketing materials are delivered on time, on brand, and fully executed.
- Track progress, surface risks early, and proactively troubleshoot execution challenges.
- Be physically present in stores to ensure marketing plans are executed correctly.
- Own in-store marketing execution, including signage, displays, promotions, and event setup.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure timelines, materials, and expectations are clear.
- Identify gaps between plan and execution and take immediate corrective action.
- Serve as the point of accountability for how marketing shows up in stores.
- Directly manage and support a Graphic Designer, including task assignment, deadline management, and quality control.
- Clearly divide work between personal execution and delegated tasks.
- Set expectations and hold both self and team members accountable.
- Provide clear feedback and direction to ensure work meets standards.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful working relationship focused on reliability and execution.
- Own all marketing-related events from planning through on-site execution.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, staffing, and timelines for in-store and external events.
- Personally attend, lead, and support setup and execution for all events.
- Work evenings and weekends as required (varies by season, approximately 3–4 events per month).
- Serve as a brand representative, ensuring a strong customer and community experience.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements.
- Operate effectively in a commodity-based retail environment where differentiation is driven by execution, consistency, and experience.
- Support promotions, campaigns, and in-store marketing aligned with retail timelines.
- Understand liquor retail realities, including seasonality, compliance considerations, and competitive parity.
- Maintain strong working relationships with the CEO, Fractional Marketing Leader, store teams, and external partners.
- Communicate progress clearly and professionally.
- Accept feedback and direction with openness and urgency.
- Escalate issues appropriately and present solutions, not just problems.
