We’re looking for an eCommerce & Social Advertising Coordinator to join the team! This entry level role is perfect for someone ready to jump into the world of ecommerce and digital advertising. You’ll support campaign setup, daily optimizations, reporting, and research across Amazon, major retail marketplaces, and social platforms—working closely with senior team members to learn the ins and outs of retail media and paid social.

Who you are:You’re the human equivalent of a magnifying glass: you spot things others breeze right past. Curious by nature, meticulous by default and eager to dive into the world of ecommerce and digital advertising. You enjoy working with data, learning new platforms, and understanding how ads influence consumer behavior. You’re organized, adaptable, and excited to build foundational skills in Amazon Ads, paid social, and retail media.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a meaningful impact on a growing team that moves fast and thinks big.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of advertising campaigns across:
- Amazon Ads
- Social platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest)
- Support daily campaign tasks such as:
- Budget and bid updates
- Keyword and audience uploads
- Creative checks and product validation
- Monitor campaign pacing;

* * performance or budget concerns - Pull, organize, and format performance reporting for weekly and monthly reviews
- Conduct keyword, product, audience, and competitor research
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely launches of ads, assets, and promotions
- Assist in troubleshooting issues including disapprovals, missing assets, or suppressed listings
- Stay current on platform basics, policies, and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
- Exposure to or strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, paid media, or related fields (1-2 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or paid media, preferred)
- Minor in marketing or similar field (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets (experience with Excel is required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow processes, take feedback, and ask thoughtful questions
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, etc as an influencer or advertiser
