This individual is responsible for assisting the Partnership Sales and Activation teams with fulfillment of marketing and promotional in-game elements during all Lynx home games.
What would you do?This is a part‑time, temporary position to last through the pending regular WNBA season and any potential playoffs.
Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
- Assist the Corporate Partnership team in fulfillment of game‑night sponsored elements inclusive of: hospitality and events, setting up and breaking down partner areas, assisting with all in‑arena sponsored activations
- Responsible for documenting partner elements through photography and video proof of performance.
- Assist the Corporate Partnership team with all coordination and execution of hospitality and special events tied to Lynx games.
- Work with Corporate Partnerships and Marketing to coordinate partner premium giveaways: set‑up, storage and distribution of materials.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and potentially holidays.

- Ability to learn basic tasks quickly.
Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred. Photography experience a plus.
EducationBachelor’s degree or pursuit of degree is preferred.

SalaryThis position has a pay rate of $17.00/hour.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. In addition to working office hours staff may be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx games as well as external events including but not limited to: charity and networking events. Work is both sedentary and active in nature. The working environment is generally favorable, and office lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available.
This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate noise levels.
Work is generally sedentary in nature. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment.
Staff will occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non‑event days. Staff will frequently move boxes of merchandise and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
