Linnihan Foy is seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our growing digital team. The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for campaign management across pay-per-click advertising platforms, which includes: campaign creation, strategic approach, performance analysis, optimization, reporting and forecasting. The Paid Search Specialist will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver against the predetermined goals and report on performance to our internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns for clients across various industries. The role requires attention to detail, an analytical mindset, strong presentation skills and a hard-working attitude.

Job duties will include:

  • Strategy, planning, implementation and ongoing management of organic and paid search engine and paid social marketing for all major digital platforms
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to optimize performance and meet or exceed goals
  • Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Manage five figure plus monthly budgets across channels and campaigns and provide recommendations to clients for future programs and investments
  • Identify, communicate, and act on opportunities and risks proactively
  • Ensure campaigns follow industry and agency best practices
  • Report and present performance and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate across teams to test and optimize targeting, creative assets and messaging to improve ROI

We would enjoy meeting those with the following qualifications:

  • Two to four years of experience building, actively managing and optimizing AdWords, Programmatic and Paid Social campaigns
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C PPC strategy and management
  • Experience with managing advertising budgets
  • Past experience managing paid digital campaigns in the automotive industry a plus
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data/KPIs and evaluate paid media performance
  • Ability to collaborate well with a cross-functional team and communicate performance effectively with clients
  • Knowledge of digital advertising industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive, yet fun environment while managing competing priorities and meeting strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written and client presentation skills
  • Sense of humor (a must)
