You’re strategic and detail‑obsessed partnering seamlessly with agency leadership, leading high‑stakes pitch teams, and engaging senior‑level prospects. You’re curious, experimental, and hands‑on, eager to try new approaches, refine what works, and help shape how the agency grows. Most importantly, you want to work alongside—and learn from—some of the best humans in the business, building something meaningful together.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the new business center of excellence at Colle McVoy.
  • Lead the pitch process with a strategic vision for how we best represent our agency and ideas.
  • Create RFP responses, targeted capabilities presentations and any other review requirements.
  • In partnership with CGO and Executive Sponsor, develop how to win strategy and flawlessly execute through scoping and onboarding.
  • Live and breathe the prospective brands interfacing with client prospects, procurement teams and search consultants.
  • Present Colle McVoy to prospects and evaluate opportunities when needed.
  • Partner with the extended team to strengthen agency marketing efforts, elevate brand awareness, and generate new opportunities.
  • Attend networking events as needed.
  • Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to drive innovation, enhance automation, and support operational excellence.
  • Required Skills
    • Confident selling Colle McVoy’s holistic offering or slices of it (PR, Media, Design)
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation and writing skills for prospecting, RFPs and pitch presentations
    • Ability to connect agency superpowers with prospect business challenges
    • Someone who “plays to win” taking ownership and driving relentlessly toward success
    • An embodiment of the agency’s core values (passion, partnership, courage and integrity)
    • Entrepreneurial and strategic by nature
    Qualifications
    • 15 plus years of agency experience in a client service or new business role at other creatively‑respected agencies.
    • Strategic growth leadership experience with an ability to create and drive a narrative forward.
    • Proficient in building sales presentations.
    • Ability to travel as needed.

    At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
