We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Specialist for the college business who will partner closely with our Marketing Manager to execute and optimize local marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can take strategy and bring it to life—managing campaigns, coordinating across stakeholders, and ensuring projects move efficiently from planning to launch.
You’ll play a key role in driving results through strong execution—monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping refine approaches to increase buy rates and revenue. This role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on business outcomes.
YOU WILL:- Execute Go-To-Market Initiatives. Coordinate and support product launches and marketing processes for the assigned business unit.
- Project Lead. Act as the single owner for assigned initiatives to ensure alignment and execution across teams.
- Act as The Voice Of The Customer. Identify and balance market needs with enterprise strategies throughout development and launch phases.
- Drive Cross-functional Execution. Partner with sales, marketing, operations, service, and other stakeholders to execute plans effectively.
- Support Strategic Planning and Execution. Assist in developing work plans, timelines, resource plans, and project estimates to meet business objectives.
- Maintain Project Documentation. Capture meeting notes, processes, and specifications to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Drive Channel Integration. Support communication plans, training, implementation, and market expansion initiatives across touchpoints.
- Track and Analyze Performance. Participate in milestone tracking and provide recommendations based on analysis and results.
- Support Financial Objectives. Contribute to revenue and cost improvement program (CIP) targets.
- Manage Initiatives. Oversee parallel projects within the broader marketing portfolio while maintaining strong execution discipline.

- Education. BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Marketing Experience. 3+ years of business experience in marketing or related areas. Preferred experience in higher education, retail, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Revenue Campaign Expertise. Proven ability to drive revenue-focused campaigns and performance improvements.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge. Strong understanding of email, SMS/MMS, and digital marketing best practices. Preferred experience managing or supporting photoshoots and or creative production.
- Product & Launch Understanding. Familiarity with product management, product life cycles, and the marketing mix (4P’s). Preferred experience developing event toolkits and sale enablement materials.
- Cross-Functional Awareness. Understanding of customer service, manufacturing, and systems required to support product launches. Preferred exposure to event or field marketing, including pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Execution Agility. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Technical Proficiency. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic MS Project skills. Preferred experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Analytical & Project Coordination Skills. Strong ability to analyze results and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills. Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills across levels of the organization.
- Interpersonal Effectiveness. Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative mindset.
