Job Description

The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of Operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

COMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Assist with creating and scheduling social media content promoting stadium food, beverage, and fan experiences
• Capture photos and short‑form content during events, game days, and activations
• Support digital engagement initiatives that highlight Aramark’s hospitality experiences
• Monitor social media channels and assist with engagement and performance tracking

• Support marketing activations during Vikings games and other stadium events
• Assist with promotional initiatives that enhance the fan experience
• Help coordinate signage, promotions, and in‑stadium marketing efforts

• Assist with development of marketing materials such as promotional graphics, digital content, and campaign messaging
• Support storytelling around new menu items, culinary experiences, and hospitality offerings
• Help maintain consistency of Aramark’s brand across marketing materials

• Assist with maintaining marketing calendars and campaign schedules
• Support internal marketing initiatives and communication with operational teams
• Conduct research on sports and entertainment marketing trends and fan engagement strategies

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field
• Interest in sports, live events, hospitality, or entertainment marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced event environment
• Ability to work evenings, game days, and occasional weekends
