Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing
Drive strategic integrated marketing initiatives across distribution, reseller, and partner accounts. Lead and mentor a team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and optimize programs to increase partner engagement, ROI, and demand generation in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

- Pay Information: $110,000 - $120,000 annually
- Location: Twin Cities, MN (Hybrid)
As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of channel strategies to enhance partner and reseller marketing efforts. You will manage a team of Account Managers, collaborate with sales, product, creative, and communications teams, and oversee marketing programs to ensure targeted demand generation. Your goal is to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable results that drive growth and partner success.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for partner accounts.
- Lead team performance, mentoring and removing roadblocks.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams on campaign initiatives.
- Create workflows and tools to streamline processes and track ROI.
- Adapt marketing content to suit partner needs and amplify campaigns digitally.
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3-5 years’ experience in channel marketing.
- 3-5 years of management experience leading marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of B2B channel dynamics and customer engagement.
- Proven strategic thinker with high-level project management skills.
- Experience with AV, IT, or reseller sales models is a plus.
